Your roleAs Technical Buyer your mission is to manage the relationships with the suppliers, within certain components commodities assigned, in an active way, ensuring that the base of selected suppliers meet and exceed the requirements in terms of sustainability, quality, price and time to deliver.In this position you will report to the Team Leader Purchasing.You will be responsible:Developing a network of Suppliers capable of supporting current needs and strategic goalsSteering Suppliers selection processes with cost analyses (based on total cost of ownership)Leading negotiations and negotiating supply agreementsIdentifying product and/or process optimization, leading to cost reductionsFollowing-up suppliers’ performances and working on continuous improvement plansWorking on new Product development projects together with colleagues from Engineering department and leading Your own purchasing projectsTo succeed, you will needEducational requirementsPreferably you are an engineer or an economic graduate with experience in manufacturing companiesExperience requirements1-2 years as a purchasing agent (strategic sourcing) in a multinational corporate environment is a plusWork or academic experience abroad is appreciatedKnowledge requirementsYou have a profound knowledge of Italian and EnglishPersonality requirementsYou have a dynamic personality, and you can solve problems in a creative wayYou demonstrate a high level of administrative accuracy,
