The role will coordinate and challenge external providers, own the management-company finance function, and ensure that fund and co-investment activity is accurate, timely and audit-ready from deal closing through investor reporting. /p h3Fund finance and provider oversight /h3 ul liOwn the day-to-day finance relationship with the AIFM, fund administrator, accountants, auditors and other relevant providers; set clear deliverables, review outputs and drive issues to resolution. /li liReview NAVs, management fees, carried-interest calculations, capital calls, distributions, investor balances and cash reconciliations before release, maintaining an internal control record rather than relying solely on provider outputs. /li liCoordinate the annual audit, valuation timetable and Luxembourg fund-finance calendar, working with the AIFM, administrator and advisers and escalating only matters that require a partner decision /li /ul h3Transaction, co-investment and SPV operations /h3 ul liOwn the operational workstream for each investment and co-investment closing: vehicle readiness, subscription documents, KYC/AML coordination, investor onboarding, funding notices, bank/wire controls, closing funds flow, post-close records and ongoing investor registers, using Carta or other platforms where relevant. /li liMaintain accurate allocation records across the fund, co-investors and GP participation; track commitments, drawdowns, ownership, cost basis and cash flows by deal and vehicle, and ensure the legal and finance records reconcile. /li /ul h3Management company finance and treasury /h3 ul liOwn cash and liquidity planning across the management company and relevant entities, including rolling cash forecasts, bank administration, payment controls, FX where required and planning for GP commitments. /li liPrepare the annual budget and monthly management accounts/variance view; coordinate payroll, accounts payable, tax,



insurance and corporate filings with external advisers, and maintain disciplined approval and payment processes. /li /ul h3Investor reporting and fundraising support /h3 ul liCoordinate quarterly and annual fund and co-investment reporting with the finance providers and Investor Relations team, ensuring that financial, ownership and performance data is consistent across LP communications and underlying records. /li liOwn finance and operations responses for LP data requests, DDQs and fundraising processes, and maintain the underlying evidence so requests can be answered quickly and consistently. /li /ul h3Governance, valuation and operational due diligence /h3 ul liBuild and maintain an institutional-quality finance and operations data room, including policies and evidence covering valuation, allocations, conflicts, expenses, cash controls, delegation/oversight, business continuity and key service-provider arrangements. /li liCoordinate the valuation process and documentation in line with the fund's valuation policy and applicable market practice, with the investment team responsible for company analysis and the finance function responsible for process discipline, supporting evidence and consistency of the final /li liAct as finance and operations point person for institutional LP operational due diligence, audits and provider reviews, demonstrating clear ownership of controls, records and cash /li /ul h3Systems, data and process improvement /h3 ul liOwn the finance and operations source-of-truth across Affinity, administrator/AIFM portals, SPV platforms (including Carta where used), banking and accounting records; automate and simplify recurring workflows while maintaining appropriate segregation of duties and controls.



/li /ul pbWhat success is after 12 months: fund and SPV reporting, capital activity and reconciliations are accurate and delivered on time; every transaction has a complete operational closing file and clear allocation/funds-flow record; management-company cash, budget and payables are under control with concise monthly visibility; the company can respond to institutional LP operational due diligence with a well-organised evidence base; and recurring finance workflows are documented, scalable and no longer dependent on partner intervention. /b /p pbRequisiti: /b Typically 6-10 years of relevant experience across fund finance / operations, a private-markets manager, fund administrator, Big Four private-markets practice or a combination of these. Must have hands-on experience with closed-ended fund reporting, capital calls/distributions, audits and transaction-level cash / ownership recordsStrong working knowledge of Luxembourg private-fund structures (including SCSp / RAIF and the AIFM model), management-fee and waterfall mechanics, and deal-by-deal co-investment / SPV structures. Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions and providers.Experience producing or reviewing LP reporting, DDQs and audit/ODD materials. Exposure to institutional LP operational due diligence is strongly preferred; familiarity with ILPA-style reporting and private-markets performance metrics is usefulDegree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field. ACA, ACCA, dottore commercialista or equivalent qualification is helpful but not required where the candidate has strong relevant fund experienceExceptionally precise, commercial and hands-on. Comfortable operating as the senior finance/operations owner in a lean investment firm, challenging external providers, switching between detail and partner-level summaries, and working under transaction-closing deadlines without losing control disciplineFluent English and Italian.
