And that’s where you come in. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLeadership Team Coordination ul liCoordinate and guide multi‑disciplinary maintenance supervisor teams across different sites. /li liEnsure team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liPromote a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration. /li /ul /li liOperational Excellence ul liOversee all Operations, Service Maintenance (OSM) activities, including planning and execution. /li liImplement delivery and maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with budget and timelines. /li liGuarantee timely resolution of technical issues by coordinating internal and external resources.



/li /ul /li liCustomer Focus ul liMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance and delivery activities. /li /ul /li liProcess Performance Management ul liDevelop and enforce operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support services. /li liIdentify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvement projects. /li liPrepare and present periodic reports on site performance, delivery, and maintenance activities. /li /ul /li liCompliance Safety ul liEnsure all site activities comply with regulatory and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. /li liCollaborate with internal departments (Quality, Materials Management, Engineering) to maintain compliance and operational integrity. /li /ul /li liStrategic Contribution ul liSupport the definition of site mission, vision, and operating strategies aligned with corporate objectives. /li liCoordinate implementation of retrofits and modifications during warranty periods. /li /ul /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in commissioning and/or maintenance within rail or similar industries.



/li liProven ability to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver results under pressure. /li liStrong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. /li liCustomer‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. /li liProficiency in MS Office and Outlook. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification). /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liProficiency in Italian is mandatory. /li /ul pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale. /p pProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 €. /p pAt Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone.
