and swallowing to develop individualized treatment goals /li liImplement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs /li liEducate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care /li liMaintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liActive Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in good standing /li liBLS CPR certification /li liReliable transportation to see patients in their homes /liliBasic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided) /li /ul p*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
