The selected candidate will report to the bPractice Manager - Core Solutions and Services. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liGathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; conducting workshops; preparing user stories and functional specifications; performing gap analyses; and recommending Salesforce best practices. /li liDesigning, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, including platform configuration, automation, security, reports, and dashboards. /li liSupporting end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including solution design, data migration, testing, UAT, deployments, releases, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. /li liManaging assigned workstreams, ensuring timely delivery, quality documentation, stakeholder communication,



and effective user support and training. /li liDeveloping reports and analytics, driving continuous platform improvements, and supporting roadmap planning, pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal preparation. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 ul liA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. /li liA minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, consulting, implementation, or application support. /li liHands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, security, reporting, dashboards, UAT, deployments, and release management, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and teamwork skills with a customer-focused mindset. /li liSalesforce Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
