ph3Project Manager /h3 /brpAzienda : Trevi Group Pty Ltd Tipo Lavoro : Tempo pieno Italy /p /brh3Descrizione Lavoro - Project Manager /h3 /brbDescription /bbr/ /brpEnsure the achievement and optimization of the expected technical, economic, and financial results for assigned projects by overseeing the overall technical and administrative management of the construction project through to completion. /p /brul /brliManage relationships with the Client by sharing all relevant information regarding the various phases of the project, building a relationship based on mutual trust and satisfaction, and promptly addressing any potential issues. /li /brliShare project objectives, procedures, and activities with the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager). /li /brliPrepare and submit the project execution budget and identify any cost improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager). /li /brliDevelop the project budget and submit it for approval to the Operations Manager/Project Director (or, in their absence, the Country Manager), working closely with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project, as well as with the Site Manager (and, where applicable, the Construction Manager), to ensure compliance with both the project budget and schedule. /li /brliEnsure the correct implementation of the Project Quality and Safety Plan prepared by the Quality Manager, in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. /li /brliMaintain ongoing communication with the Client regarding project progress and activities. /li /brliPlan and organize, in cooperation with the Site Manager and, where applicable, the Construction Manager,



the human resources and equipment required for project execution, ensuring their availability within the established timelines. /li /brliPrepare the monthly Progress Payment Certificate (SAL) based on completed quantities approved jointly with the Country Administration Manager and/or the Administrative Manager assigned to the project. /li /brliContinuously monitor the technical, economic, and financial performance of projects, defining actions required to achieve project objectives while maintaining strong client relationships. /li /brliEnsure proper contract management, including the handling and resolution of disputes with clients and/or partners, with the support of the relevant corporate departments when necessary. Identify and prevent potential critical situations through timely corrective actions. /li /brlipSupport the Manager in the activities of the Function. /ppRequirement: /p /li /brliKnowledge of workplace health and safety regulations. /li /brliKnowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies. /li /brliKnowledge of technologies and work processes related to ground improvement and foundation engineering. /li /brliKnowledge of national and international contract management. /li /brliKnowledge of company policies and procedures in the relevant professional area. /li /brliKnowledge of work planning and activity monitoring techniques and methods.



/li /brliBudget management skills. /li /brliProficiency in software applications relevant to the role. /li /br /ul /brpFor this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 70 000 to 90 000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the XXXX National Collective Labour Agreement.
