You will contribute to space programme governance and core PMO activities, ensuring effective planning, budget monitoring, schedule management, risk management, and reporting. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pYour main responsibilities will include: /p ul liSupporting programme and project management activities across key PMO domains, including planning, budget management, schedule monitoring, risk management, reporting, and governance. /li liContributing to the planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of complex programmes and projects involving multiple stakeholders and international partners. /li liSupporting budget planning and financial monitoring activities, including forecasting, cost control, performance analysis, and periodic reporting (quarterly and annual). /liliPreparing management reports, executive summaries, dashboards, KPIs, and other decision-support materials for programme and project governance. /li liSupporting the management of programme and project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items,
ensuring timely follow-up and escalation when required. /li liContributing to the collection, validation, consolidation, and analysis of project, operational, and financial data to support informed decision-making. /li liSupporting the preparation of programme documentation, reviews, deliverables, and reporting activities for institutional and contractual stakeholders. /li liCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination, governance, and programme execution. /li liContributing to the continuous improvement of programme management processes, methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liAt least b6 years of professional experience /b in the tasks described /li liUniversity bmaster’s degree /b (5 years or equivalent) /li liExcellent command of the bEnglish language /b, both written and spoken. /li liAvailability to travel and, where required, btemporarily relocate to Client premises within Europe (mainly Czech Republic, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands) /b, subject to project and contractual requirements /li liExperience with PM tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Planning) /li liStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously. /li liExcellent stakeholder management, coordination, and teamwork skills within international environments. /li liEnthusiasm and motivation to work in dynamic, internationaland challenging contexts. /li liStrong organizational skills, problem-solving attitude, and results-oriented approach. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with budget planning and financial management tools /li liExperience in the Space/Aerospace sector or involvement in European space and satellite programmes (e.g. Galileo, EGNOS, Copernicus, GOVSATCOM) /li liKnowledge of governance, planning, monitoring, and control methodologies commonly adopted within European institutional environments. /li liExperience working on complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers,
and international partners. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pThe salary range for this position is between b€34,000 and €40,000 /b gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority. /p pThe employment level and classification will be determined during the recruitment process based on the selected candidate’s profile and in compliance with applicable regulations and the Metalmeccanici Industria Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). /p pThe salary indicated refers solely to the bGross Annual Salary. /b /p pThe overall compensation package may also include additional variable components linked to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, as well as welfare programs and company benefits.
