Our technology starts with you. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 pYou will be responsible for designing breliable, innovative, and robust power components /b within bGaN technology platforms /b, through extensive bTCAD simulations /b and bphysical modeling /b activities. /p pA key part of your role will be to bcollaborate closely with internal teams and external partners /b, including bacademia, vendors, and other stakeholders /b, to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and support the development and qualification of advanced technology platforms. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liDesign reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms /li liPerform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities /li liSupport technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs /li liWork closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions /li liBuild effective collaborations with external partners,



including academia and vendors /li liContribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks /li liSupport project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving /li /ul h3Your Skills Experiences /h3 ul liKnowledge of problem solving and program management /li liAdvanced knowledge of TCAD tools is preferred /li liBasic knowledge of process integration is preferred /li liBasic inter-functional communication skills /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners /li liExcellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite /li liBusiness proficiency in English /li /ul pThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL). /p pIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies.
