Pharming Group is seeking a field-based business leader to establish and grow its Italian affiliate and prepare for the launch of a first ultra-orphan therapy planned for July 2027. You will lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Operations, reporting to the General Manager Italy, Germany & Spain.
The role requires 8+ years in pharma, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and market access landscape.
