About the job:We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Trade Marketing Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!The role interfaces with EU level sales and marketing colleagues to meet Company needs related to POS materials distribution and analysis and promotional activities activation and follow up.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support reporting and monitoring of POS material stock, distribution, and obsolescence to optimize inventory management and production launches.Assist in data collection and analysis for POS and merchandising materials demand planning.Support Pos material master data creation and maintenance.Provide support in preparing comprehensive reports on the profitability of POS/shop-in-shop materials, conducting in-depth analyses of the impact on overall sales performance, and delivering actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making processes.Support promotional activities: collaborate in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing sales and brand visibility. Contribute to the creation of promotional in-store materials and assist in reporting to track campaigns performances.Assist in the development and execution of the B2B newsletter plan, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with key messaging objectives and promotional strategies,



while also tracking engagement metrics to optimize future newsletter campaigns.Assist with administrative duties such as uploading trade marketing Purchase Orders in SAP, managing documents, and maintaining databases related to trade marketing activities and budget.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Business level proficiency in EnglishProficiency in any other language is apreciatedAnalytical and fact-based approach for problem solvingAble to work in a fast paced and cross-functional working environmentGood knowledge of ExcelAny previous experience in using SAP is appreciatedKNOWLEDGE:Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially MS Excel) is recommendedWorking proficiency in Italian and English is requestedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Proactive and hands-on, team builder, result orientedCapable to get into the right level of detailsGood attitude to innovationGood interpersonal relation skills and capability to work in a multinationalenvironmentEagerness to grow, to learn and to increase the level of responsibilities in his/her jobAnalytical rigor and solid process management and way of working is neededReimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?
