We are currently looking for our next Store Manager for our department store in Milan La Rinascente!
Job Responsibilities
YOUR MISSION

- Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor. Lead by example and uphold RIMOWA’s sales and service model at all times.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence across all retail activities.
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate reports clearly.
- Maximize staff sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling and clienteling skills, and regular reviews of individual transaction statistics. Implement RIMOWA standards and training programs.
- Assist Client Advisors in reaching their individual targets by monitoring the suggestive selling process and providing timely feedback and direction.
- Support and embody RIMOWA’s values and competencies, ensuring that all strategies, policies, and a respectful sales environment are consistently maintained by every team member.
- Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all clients.




- Maintain store tidiness and ensure the proper execution of Visual Merchandising and new product launch displays.

Profile
Your Experience And Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally.
- Professional sales development skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail and client service
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and our customer base.

Additional Information
For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 50.000€. This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies :

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement for the Commerce and Tertiary Sector (CCNL Terziario Commercio) as applied by RIMOWA in Italy.
