Role Description The English Teacher at Gold Language Institute will deliver engaging lessons to young learners of various proficiency levels, ages 4-12, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. This tempo parziale, on-site role in Milan involves preparing lesson plans aligned with the institute’s curriculum, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.

The teacher will facilitate learning by planning interactive and engagjng lessons and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

Additional responsibilities include, maintaining accurate attendance and performance records, and contributing to the continuous improvement of course materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience instructing learners at different levels.




- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, goal-oriented lessons.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with learners and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) and a degree in English, Education, or a related field are highly beneficial.
- Experience teaching in a language institute or school setting, especially in Milan or similar urban environments, is an advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive classroom and manage groups of learners in an on-site environment.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to learner success, with flexibility to work part-time hours.
