Job Title: Service Integration & Operations Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Service Integration & Operations Engineer to join our team in Milan. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys deploying, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical services. You will work closely with architects, developers, testers, and operational teams to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy, configure, integrate, and maintain complex service platforms and applications.
- Support end-to-end service delivery from pre-production validation through live operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across distributed systems and perform root cause analysis.
- Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, architecture, and external vendors.
- Drive production readiness, service validation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop operational procedures, deployment guidelines, and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in system integration,



technical operations, deployment, or support engineering.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting expertise.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
- Experience with application deployment, configuration management, and production support.
- Proficiency in log analysis, monitoring, and incident management.
- Exposure to scripting and automation tools such as Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, containers, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience within Telecommunications, Voice, Messaging, Network Services, or OSS/BSS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Open Shift, or cloud-native platforms.
- Background in multi-vendor system integration and service assurance processes.
