Designing human experiences for complex technologies.

To strengthen our Research & Development activities, we are looking for an Automotive R&D; Engineer interested in contributing to innovative projects in the automotive and mobility fields.

The selected candidate will work on research, experimentation, and development activities related to vehicles and future mobility systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, simulation, Human–Machine Interaction, and emerging technologies.





We are looking for an engineer with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and a strong interest in exploring how new technologies can contribute to the evolution of mobility.

The ideal candidate is curious, technically versatile, and motivated to work on different research topics, progressively developing expertise through experimentation and project activities.

Main Activities

- Contribute to Research & Development projects in the automotive and mobility domains.
- Analyze vehicle systems, technologies, and emerging mobility solutions.
- Support the definition of technical requirements, use cases, and experimental scenarios.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative concepts and technical solutions.
- Support simulation, testing, experimentation, and validation activities.
- Collect, process, and analyze technical and experimental data.
- Support the development and validation of prototypes and demonstrators.
- Investigate emerging technologies and their potential applications to vehicles and mobility.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, universities, and project partners.
- Contribute to technical documentation, research reports, and project deliverables.

- Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.




- Good understanding of vehicle architecture, systems, and automotive technologies.
- Strong interest in Research & Development, innovation, and future mobility.
- Ability to approach technical problems analytically and systematically.
- Interest in experimentation, simulation, testing, and technology development.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze technical data.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore different engineering and technological domains.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Schedule: Full- time, 40 hours per week.

Location: Napoli, on-site
