Designing human experiences for complex technologies.
Posizione:
To strengthen our technical activities, we are looking for a Software & Hardware Test Specialist to support testing activities on complex technological systems.
The selected candidate will work hands-on with software and hardware components, executing functional tests, identifying anomalies, collecting and analyzing test results, and supporting troubleshooting activities.
We are looking for a practical and technically curious person who enjoys understanding how systems work, testing their behavior, and investigating problems across both software and hardware.




Main Activities

- Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into test cases and test procedures.
- Plan and execute software, hardware, and system-level testing activities.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and validation tests.
- Verify the correct interaction between software and hardware components.
- Configure and manage test environments, equipment, and instrumentation.
- Collect and analyze logs, measurements, and test data.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track anomalies and defects.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities.
- Collaborate with software, electronics, and system engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of testing methodologies and procedures.
- Prepare test reports and technical documentation.
- Support the automation of testing activities where applicable.

Requisiti:

- Technical diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or similar technical disciplines.




- Good understanding of software and hardware systems and their interaction.
- Basic knowledge of software testing and validation methodologies.
- Ability to define and execute structured test cases.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.
- Ability to analyze logs, measurements, and technical data.
- Basic programming or scripting skills.
- Analytical mindset, precision, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
