/li /brliCreate and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures. /li /brliParticipate in incident response activities, major incident support, and on-call rotations as required. /li /br /ul /brpbMain Requirements /b /p /brul /brliBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. /li /brliAdvanced or fluent English. /li /brliProven experience supporting enterprise network security environments. /li /brliStrong hands‑on experience with next‑generation firewalls, preferably Check Point and/or Palo Alto. /li /brliSolid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation. /li /brliExperience with security technologies such as WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management, PKI, or SASE solutions. /li /brliKnowledge of cloud security principles and platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. /li /brliExperience with incident response, vulnerability remediation, and change management processes. /li /brliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. /li /brliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced global environment. /li /brliStrong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills. /li /brliExperience documenting processes, procedures, and technical standards. /li /brliExperience with SNOW.
