Learn more at /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liProvide advanced 2nd/3rd level support and technical expertise for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), RDS and VDI services, including agreed on-call support. /li liManage and troubleshoot AVD environments: host pools, session hosts, workspaces, application groups and published applications. /li liOwn the golden image lifecycle - build, patch, validate and maintain session host images using tools such as Azure Image Gallery or Nerdio. /li liManage FSLogix profiles, storage performance, user sessions and profile recovery. /li liMonitor service health, performance and incidents; perform root cause analysis and drive improvements. /li liSupport patching, security activities,
