ph3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 pThe Pre-Sales Engineering Team Leader for Integrated Solutions plays a key role during the early stages of projects and proposal development for our customers. This position requires competencies across multiple technical disciplines (architecture, civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, monitoring and control systems, and fire protection) necessary for developing technical solutions. The role also demands people management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and proposals from both technical and business perspectives. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLeading a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developing design during the proposal phase of projects (modular data centers, power rooms, cable landing stations) /li liReading and understanding RFQs and tender documentation /li liInterpreting customer requirements received through the sales team /li liUnderstanding relevant codes and standards /li liCoordinating technical disciplines (architecture, civil, electrical, HVAC, monitoring and control systems, fire protection) /li liTechnical coordination with customers and suppliers /li liCoordinating and supervising the preparation of technical documentation for Vertiv modular data center solutions /li liReviewing documents prepared by team members /li liIncorporating customer requirements into proposed solutions /li liProviding technical assistance and information during sales activities /li liInternational travel for customer meetings, seminars, and trainings /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering /li liMinimum 7 years of experience /li liExcellent knowledge of data center design, understanding of technical systems, functionalities,



and architecture /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills for working with multiple engineering and manufacturing teams to translate architectures and concepts into design and implementation /li liClient interaction for presenting solutions and concepts, and through documented specifications /li liLeadership skills /li liTime management and self-motivation /li liComputer skills: proficient user of Windows, MS Office incl.
