ppThe Operations Manager is responsible for leading all site operations at Morgan Advanced Materials' Martinsicuro facility, including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement and EHS. The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, driving safety, quality, productivity and cost performance, while developing high-performing teams and supporting the site's long-term growth strategy. Working closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain and global stakeholders, the Operations Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement and sustainable profitable growth. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead all site operations including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement and EHS. /liliDrive a strong culture of safety, compliance and operational excellence. /liliDeliver production, quality, productivity, cost and customer service targets. /liliLead and develop high-performing operational teams. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the site, including Lean and OPEX programmes. /liliImprove manufacturing efficiency, equipment reliability and overall site performance. /liliSupport capital investment projects and process improvement initiatives. /liliCollaborate with Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives. /liliEnsure compliance with quality standards, environmental requirements and Morgan policies. /liliBuild positive employee relations and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Experience Required /h3ulliDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical,



Materials Science or related discipline), Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent operational leadership experience. /liliSignificant progressive experience in manufacturing and operations leadership roles. /liliProven track record of leading production, quality, engineering, maintenance and continuous improvement functions. /liliExperience managing manufacturing facilities and delivering operational performance improvements. /liliStrong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills. /liliExperience driving EHS, quality, productivity and cost improvement initiatives. /liliFluent Italian and advanced English language skills are essential. /liliExperience within industrial manufacturing, materials, process manufacturing or refinery environments preferred. /liliExperience with kilning, mixing, pressing, extrusion or finishing operations would be advantageous. /liliLean/Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience preferred /li /ulpMorgan Advanced Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
