ph3Join Netmore as a Site Acquisition Manager – Help Build the Future of IoT! /h3 pNetmore is expanding its LoRaWAN network and is looking for a dynamic, relationship-oriented Site Acquisition Manager in Varese, Italy, to help us identify and acquire commercial properties, rooftops, and other strategic locations for gateway installation. /p pIf you enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to build relationships and close deals, this role puts you at the heart of our network's growth. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liField acquisition /li /ul pYou’ll visit commercial buildings, residential complexes, rooftops, and other strategic properties to secure space-usage agreements needed for network expansion. /p ul liOutreach and relationship building /li /ul pYou’ll contact property owners, property managers, landlords, and businesses to identify new opportunities and secure suitable sites. /p ul liNegotiation and deal closing /li /ul pYou’ll present the benefits of partnering with Netmore, negotiate contract terms, and secure long‑term site access for LoRaWAN network deployment. /p ul liSite survey coordination /li /ul pYou’ll work with technical teams to verify site suitability and ensure proper network integration. /p ul liTracking and reporting /li /ul pYou’ll keep accurate records of activities, manage your opportunity pipeline, and hit acquisition targets on schedule. /p h3Who we're looking for /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul liPreferably experience in sales, real estate,
