The OT Engineer will assume responsibilities for development, configuration, systems administration and support for existing and future OT technologies. This includes technologies specific to the mining industry such as Ampla MES, fleet management, dragline operations, historians, machine health, etc. /p pDuties will include: /p ul liWork with the Operations to identify, define, measure, analyze, implement and control Operational Technology projects /li liDefine functional requirements through client interviews, documentation analysis and Work Flow Process Mapping /li liPerform high level technical analysis activities delivering detailed design specifications based on functional requirements /li liProvide programming and configuration support for OT applications including development of analytics, visualisations and bespoke software where applicable /li liDevelop/maintain a broad range of project and associated documentation, including designs and test plans /li /ul pbThe Lifestyle: /b /p pThis position is a full-time role, working from our corporate headquarters in St Louis, MO or remotely from states listed: IL, IN, CO, NM, WY, AL FL, MI, PA, VA, NE, NC. /b /p pQualifications /p ul liBachelor's degree from an accredited university in Process Control / Chemical / Computer /Software / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or a related technical background /li liAt least 1 year of experience in industrial technology fields in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Mining, Oil Gas and Refining /li /ul pExperience /p ul liAble to quickly grasp new technologies eg Cloud Technologies /li liMotivated self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a global team environment /li liExceptional attention to detail capability to develop detailed processes /li liExperience with industrial control system technology such as PLCs, HMIs, DCSs, and OPC /li liExperience with programming languages - specifically Python, SQL, C# /li liExperience with visualisation tools - specifically SSRS, Power BI /li liPrevious experience with MES systems, relational databases and data historians /li liSound practical knowledge of information management system projects and/or services /li liStrong understanding of relevant mining terminology /li liMust be willing and able to travel to sites /li /ul pPhysical requirements:
