Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Customer Analytics Intern




to join our Analytics & Data Science team in Milan.
You will work closely with senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists to analyze customer behavior, build analytical solutions, create dashboards, and support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and modern analytics tools in a fast-growing international company.
Your next missions:
Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists on customer analytics topics
Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
Build scalable analytical solutions using modern data tools and methodologies
Design and execute experiments to measure business impact and customer behavior
Create and maintain reliable dashboards (Tableau preferred)
Develop, structure, and optimize datasets to support ongoing and future analyses
Define, monitor, and report key business and customer performance indicators (KPIs)
Help automate reporting workflows and improve existing data processes
Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and recommendations
Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions through clear and impactful analysis
What We Are Looking For :
