Hired is seeking a Strategic Project Lead for PCB & Embedded Design to oversee end-to-end hardware development from concept to production in a remote role.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across PCB layout, embedded firmware, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing partners, driving schedules, budgets and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in PCB design and embedded systems, strong leadership, and experience with IPC standards, Altium, KiCad, and Cadence Allegro.
