In this role, you will support the team and contribute to achieving successful results in global research development projects working in our Transformer Business Unit in Monselice (PD). /ph3How you'll make an impact /h3ulliLead and manage RD projects, ensuring on-time delivery within the allocated budget, and with the required quality. /liliAssist RD project managers across different locations, as well as global product managers, with project business case preparation, cost evaluation for new RD products, market introduction plans, and related activities. /liliPerform finite element simulations for transformers for projects or for troubleshooting assistance to factories. /liliPerform transformer electrical design and/or design review and supervise the manufacturing and testing of new solutions and prototypes according to technical project specifications based on the needs of technology management, product managers, factories and related domain experts. /liliAssess and mitigate risks related to the introduction of new technologies and new scientific solutions. /liliShare knowledge and results through technical reports, specifications, and participation in training or educational initiatives. /liliDocument RD results in the form of technical reports and presentations. /liliSupport and contribute to failure analysis activities and to failure‑prevention programs.



/li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliMaster's degree in electrical engineering (or recognized equivalent) with 2+ years' experience in electrical machines (transformers, motors or electrical substation components) and/or in high voltage components design or design review with finite element tools. /liliExcellent problem-solving abilities and proven capability to work in a structured and methodical manner. /liliSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
