As an Application Specialist, you connect business and IT, ensuring that our enterprise applications are efficiently managed, integrated, and continuously developed with a future-oriented approach. With your expertise, you actively contribute to the digitalization and optimization of our business processes.
Manage, support, and further develop our business applications
Analyze and optimize business processes through digital solutions
Advise and support business departments on functional and technical topics




Collaborate with external software partners and service providers
Participate in IT and digitalization projects, particularly in the MES environment
Ensure a stable and integrated application landscape
Qualifications
Completed education or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Experience in application systems
Excellent German, Italian, and English language skills
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
Strong service mindset and excellent communication skills
Compensation
Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
