You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, customers, and technology partners to identify opportunities, define requirements, validate solutions, and deliver valuable product experiences.



/p pYou will play a key role in making complex btelecom and API capabilities simple and accessible for developers /b, helping shape products that are reliable, scalable, and easy to integrate. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and communicate the bproduct vision, strategy, and roadmap /b for Plumma Connect and related initiatives. /li liGather, analyze, and prioritize bcustomer, partner, and business requirements /b. /li liConduct product discovery activities, including customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and solution validation. /li liTranslate customer and business needs into bclear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria /b. /li liWork closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration. /li liCollaborate with commercial and business teams to identify new opportunities and understand market needs. /li liUse bproduct data, customer feedback, and relevant KPIs /b to evaluate product performance and inform product decisions. /li liDefine and monitor success metrics for new features and product initiatives. /li liManage product priorities and communicate roadmap decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders. /li liEngage with customers, operators, technology partners, and developers to understand their challenges and validate product solutions. /li liSupport the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring that features are delivered with the expected quality and customer value. /li liContinuously identify opportunities to improve the bdeveloper experience, API usability, and overall product adoption /b. /li liContribute to the evolution of PLUMMA's product management practices and processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in bProduct Management, Product Ownership, or a similar product-focused role /b. /li liStrong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements management, and stakeholder management.
