Learn more at /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliProvide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and VDI solutions. /liliHandle incidents, service requests, IMACD activities, and on-call support in line with agreed service levels. /liliSupport and maintain local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure. /liliManage IT assets, lifecycle activities, procurement, and documentation in the ITSM tool. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve IT services, user experience, and operational efficiency. /liliCollaborate with internal IT teams, vendors,
