Latham & Watkins in Milan is seeking a Human Resources, Recruiting and Legal Talent Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across the HC&T; function, blending HR duties with recruiting and legal talent initiatives. The role will be based in our Milan office.
The successful candidate will manage HR queries, coordinate training, support onboarding and recruiting activities, and help enhance benefits and wellbeing programs while upholding confidentiality and compliance.
