Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Goals, LMS) /li liSupport and optimize HR processes through integrations, automation, and data-driven solutions /li liManage and troubleshoot complex HRIS issues (integrations, workflows, permissions, data inconsistencies) /li liCollaborate with IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver scalable and secure solutions /li liOversee reporting, analytics, and data management activities across HR systems /li liProvide ongoing support, release coordination, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul li5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS environments /li liHands-on expertise with core SF modules and LMS administration /li liStrong understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware such as SAP CPI/BTP, Boomi, MuleSoft) /li liExperience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools /li liSolid troubleshooting skills across workflows, integrations, and system configurations /li liFamiliarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Automate, Python, Business Rules) /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liSAP SuccessFactors certification(s) /li liExperience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite,
