You will help to define the service strategy and roadmap, oversee day-to-day performance, and act as the primary interface between IT and business stakeholders. You will ensure services are aligned with enterprise architecture, secure, resilient, and scalable—driving continuous improvement, process harmonization, and innovation that supports our business transformation. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liIT strategy definition and execution for controlling and treasury services across their lifecycle. /li liManages IT service and application tasks, including vendor management. /li liPrepares budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency. /li liEnsures services and applications are available, secure, and perform effectively. /li liMonitors service performance and user satisfaction. /li liDrives standardization, automation, and improvement initiatives. /li liAgree, manage and report service performance towards business. /li liLicense and 3rd party service contracts management within service area. /li liDesigns Controlling Treasury solution globally ensuring proper governance and documentation of our solutions, including maintenance and support /li liConducts current state assessments to identify gaps and aligns system functionalities with business objectives (strategic alignment)



/li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelors or Master degree or equivalent qualifications /li li3+ years experience in IT/Controlling/Treasury /li liFluent in English, written and spoken /li liIT architecture /li liAnalytical approach /li liProven proactive skills on continuous improvement /li liAbility to build up trust and respect by excellent co-operation and communication skills /li liUnderstanding of Business Controlling, including SAP CO-PA-PC (Material Ledger, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting) /li liUnderstanding of Treasury processes, especially within a commodity environment (Finastra, 360T, Nomentia, etc.).
