Overview

we are looking for fluent italian speakers to join our international team in lisbon. the role is the main point of contact for italian‑speaking clients, handling inquiries via phone, live chat and email.

Key responsibilities

- provide customer support in italian through telephone, email and live messaging with a polite and professional tone.
- identify customer issues, determine root causes and deliver prompt, customized solutions.
- record all case details, account updates and troubleshooting steps accurately in the central crm system.
- meet operational targets such as csat, first contact resolution and average handle time.
- participate in continuous learning programs to stay updated on platform changes and company guidelines.

Requirements

- fluent italian (c1‑c2) and at least b2 english for software use and internal communication.
- full flexibility to work rotating 24/7 shifts (8‑hour shifts).
- valid eu/eea citizenship or legal authorization to work in portugal.
- excellent active listening,



strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Compensation options

- option a – local contract: €1262,33 gross monthly (12months), housing self‑arranged.
- option b – relocation contract: €1059,00 gross monthly, private bedroom in shared company flat, utilities covered.
