suppliers and all departmentsPrepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reportingReconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracySupport Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closingMonitoring and planning cash flow requirementsControlling AR / AP / General LedgerGenerate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsManaging preparation of all financial reports & balance sheetsPreparations of the budgetAnalysis of the budget versus actual resultsProcess optimizationMaintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, xjncmbx banks and other finance related partiesPreparing VAT declarationSupport financial Manager in day-to-day operationsReplacing Finance Manager in case of absenceEnsure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws managementQualificationsHigher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification> 5 years experienceSenior Accountant or Finance ManagerKnowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc )Knowledge of business languages: English (mandatory)
