Overview

As an Order to Cash & Credit Transformation Senior Specialist, you will lead OTC and Credit Transformation efforts, aligning processes with governance and controls. You’ll manage a small OTC team and partner with local and global stakeholders to optimize working capital and drive automation. This role focuses on continuous improvement, cross-functional projects, and business partnering to support strategic objectives. You will shape how we manage credit, collections, invoicing, and master data to enable efficient, compliant operations at scale. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence finance transformation in a multinational pharmaceutical setting.

Responsabilità

- Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash and Credit Management operations for efficiency, accuracy, and timely issue resolution
- Coach and develop the OTC team to foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Define and execute credit and collection strategies, including risk assessment and working capital management
- Supervise Customer Master Data, Pricing, Billing, and E-Invoicing with strong stakeholder coordination
- Own OTC internal controls and support SOX/compliance and audits




- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate OTC processes through transformation initiatives
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional/global projects with effective stakeholder alignment
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to resolve issues and support business objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
- Extensive OTC experience and strong background in Order to Cash, AR, Credit Management or related finance functions
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Deep knowledge of OTC processes including Customer Master Data, Pricing, Billing, Credit & Collections, and E-Invoicing
- Experience driving process improvement, transformation, standardization, automation or digital finance initiatives
- Strong understanding of financial controls, audits, compliance frameworks, and SOX
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with effective stakeholder management
- Fluency in Italian and English; SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
