As Senior Advisor, you will drive strategic supplier quality initiatives across emerging energy technologies and electrification systems, collaborating with leadership to shape quality strategy and accelerate innovation in the global supply chain. You will lead innovative quality approaches for new products and advanced manufacturing, while strengthening supplier capabilities and risk management. Responsabilità

- Drive strategic supplier quality initiatives for new energy technologies, electrification, and digitalization
- Advise leadership on supplier quality strategy, risk management, and deployment of best practices globally
- Develop and implement innovative quality approaches for new products and advanced manufacturing
- Support supplier scouting, qualification, and technology assessments to identify risks and gaps early




- Promote advanced quality methodologies, preventive culture, and data‑driven decision‑making to improve performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting process optimization, defect reduction, and cost of quality
- Define and deploy quality requirements for electrification, electrical systems, and emerging manufacturing processes
- Identify industry trends and translate technological advancements into actionable strategies
- Represent supplier quality in strategic reviews, roadmaps, and cross‑functional transformation efforts
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, integrity, sustainability, and continuous learning across supplier networks and internal teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- Chemical/Material Engineering degree (5Y)
- >10 years experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality
- Proven knowledge of Electrical Systems
- Experience driving corrective actions with large global suppliers
- English fluent
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic and international)
