On behalf of an innovative company providing large-scale energy storage systems, we are looking for a: /p h3Project Manager – Energy Storage /h3 pThe Project Manager will be responsible for the execution of complex EPC projects, currently located primarily in the United States. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers and customers throughout the entire project lifecycle. /p pWe are open to candidates with different levels of seniority, ranging from 3 to 15 years of experience, with responsibilities and scope tailored to the candidate’s level of expertise. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage assigned projects from contract award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover; /li liTake ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall performance; /li liCoordinate Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning activities and interfaces; /li liManage contractors, suppliers and key project stakeholders in an international environment; /li liMonitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement appropriate mitigation actions; /li liManage contractual and commercial interfaces,



changes and claims in coordination with the relevant functions; /li liLead project meetings and provide clear and timely reporting to management and key stakeholders; /li liSupport and oversee site activities during construction and commissioning phases. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline; /li liSolid experience in EPC/EPCM projects, preferably within the energy, power generation, Oil Gas, renewables, industrial plants or complex infrastructure sectors; /li liProven experience in managing projects of significant scale and technical complexity, commensurate with the candidate’s level of seniority; /li liStrong project management skills, with solid knowledge of cost, schedule, risk and contract management; /li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, contractors and suppliers; /li liFluent professional English; /li liWillingness and availability to travel internationally and spend time at project sites when required. /li /ul h3Salary range /h3 p€35,000–€85,000, depending on experience and seniority. /p pThis job posting complies with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency and is open to candidates of all genders, in line with Italian Legislative Decree No. 198/2006.
