Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers. /p pAs a Control Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: /p ul liProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance and quality /li liOverseeing, troubleshooting and start‑up of control panels and control sequencing for rotating, driven equipment and auxiliary systems /li liPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross‑functional teams /li liEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated,



followed and completed according to company standards /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave an Engineering degree or a high school diploma and show good experience in a control systems role gained in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar) /li liDemonstrate a good working knowledge of control systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with experience of DLN/DLE mapping and knowledge on rotating equipment including installation and maintenance /li liStrong awareness of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries and have a customer service‑orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions /li liHave a desire to improve technical ability and knowledge on NPI (New Product Introduction) through dedicated training /li liHave excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English and Italian /li liHold an EU Passport or a European Work permit and be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
