h3POSITION SUMMARY /h3 pAs a Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and administering accurate and timely payroll processing for all associates while ensuring full compliance with company policies, labor regulations, tax requirements, and collective bargaining agreements where applicable. This role supports the organization's commitment to creating an exceptional associate experience by ensuring payroll services are delivered with accuracy, confidentiality, integrity, and a spirit of service. /p pThe Payroll Supervisor partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, department leaders, and external providers to ensure payroll operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liPayroll Administrationbr/Supervise the end-to-end payroll process for all associates, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.br/Review and validate payroll inputs, including hours worked, overtime, leave balances, incentive payments, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.br/Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, social security requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.br/Reconcile payroll reports and investigate payroll variances or discrepancies.br/Coordinate month-end and year-end payroll activities, including statutory reporting and audits.



/li liCompliance Controlsbr/Maintain payroll records in accordance with legal requirements and company retention policies.br/Ensure appropriate payroll controls are in place to safeguard confidential associate information.br/Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation and reports.br/Monitor legislative changes impacting payroll processes and recommend necessary updates. /li liAssociate Supportbr/Serve as the primary escalation point for payroll-related inquiries.br/Provide professional and timely support to associates regarding payroll, taxation, benefits deductions, and leave payments.br/Promote a positive associate experience through responsive and solution-oriented service. /li liSystems Reportingbr/Maintain payroll and timekeeping systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.br/Generate and analyze payroll metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review.br/Partner with HR and Finance teams to support workforce planning and budgeting activities.br/Participate in payroll system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives. /li liLeadershipbr/Supervise and coach payroll team members, ensuring adherence to service standards and operational objectives.br/Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and associate care.br/Develop standard operating procedures and ensure consistent execution across payroll activities. /li /ul h3PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /h3 pEducation:
