The role requires a constant operational presence, a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to daily needs, and the ability to balance coordination activities with hands‑on operational support, ensuring timely interventions and seamless service continuity. /li /brliSupport the management of specific projects and extraordinary maintenance activities. /li /brliManage the supplier portfolio, including: /brul /brliOperational coordination of service providers (cleaning companies, movers, maintenance contractors, security services, etc.); /li /brliMonitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations; /li /brliControlling costs, timelines,

The role requires close collaboration with various corporate functions, including Procurement, Vendor Administration, Health Safety, Security, and IT. /li /brliManage purchase requests and orders through SAP, monitoring the entire procurement lifecycle and coordinating with Procurement, Vendor Administration, and external suppliers through to successful process completion. /li /brliSupport the management of Health Safety and environmental matters across the assigned sites, in coordination with the Health Safety function. /li /brliAccompany suppliers during site inspections, maintenance activities, and technical interventions. /li /br /ul /brh3Profile /h3 /brul /brli1-3 years of experience in a similar role or in activities related to Facility Management.
