/li liDevelop existing distributors by defining business plans, commercial objectives, and actions to increase market penetration and results. /li liNegotiate commercial agreements in line with company guidelines, pricing policies, and Management strategy. /li liMonitor market and distributor performance through key commercial KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing improvement actions. /li liAnalyse market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and business opportunities, assessing their commercial potential and sustainability. /li liCollaborate with Marketing, Training, Scientific, Regulatory, and other internal teams to support market entry, distributor development, and product positioning. /li liRepresent the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and business meetings, developing strategic relationships and new opportunities. /li liOperate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing directly to the company's growth and brand expansion across APAC. /li liDegree in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in international business development, export sales, or distributor management. /li liProven experience and strong understanding of APAC markets, business practices, distribution dynamics, and cultural environments. /li liBackground in the Luxury Spa Resort, Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Medical Aesthetics, or Fitness sectors, ideally within premium or luxury markets. /li liDemonstrated ability to identify and develop new markets, build commercial pipelines, and generate measurable business growth. /li liStrong understanding of distributor-based business models and international go-to-market strategies. /li liStrong negotiation,
