Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe bSecurity Architect /b plays a key role in supporting customers and sales teams in the bdesign, positioning, and promotion of advanced cybersecurity solutions /b . /p pThe ideal candidate has strong expertise in bNetwork Security /b and a deep understanding of bZero Trust security principles /b , bIT architectures /b , bIdentity Access Management (IAM) /b , and bendpoint security /b . /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support the security team dedicated to customer ensuring their growth and Service goals /li liDevelop and implement bKyndryl security strategies /b for customers. /li liCollaborate with bsales and marketing teams /b to position and promote Kyndryl solutions. /li liProvide btechnical consultancy and support /b to customers throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. /li liConduct bsecurity assessments /b to identify security gaps and areas for improvement. /li liStay up to date with the latest bcybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry developments /b . /li liPerform security assessments to identify bvulnerabilities /b and recommend appropriate remediation and improvement measures. /li liProvide bstrategic guidance /b on leading security frameworks, standards, and bindustry best practices /b . /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pAre you passionate about security architecture and driven to protect against the latest threats? /p pWe are seeking a Security Architect who will join our team and take the lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining our security strategy within our Service Provider organization. /p pAs our Security Architect, you will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective security solutions that not only protect our business objectives and regulatory requirements, but also provide innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats. /p pYou will conduct risk assessments and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks to our business and IT assets, using your extensive experience in security architecture design and implementation within a Service Provider environment to create a cutting-edge security architecture framework. /p pYou will also work to maintain policies, standards, and guidelines related to information security within our organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and technologies such as encryption, authentication, and authorization solutions. /p pYour role will also involve conducting security reviews of vendors and third-party partners to ensure they meet our rigorous security standards, as well as performing regular security and risk reviews of our Service Provider environment to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation activities. /p pAt the forefront of security trends and technologies, you will advise our senior leadership team on the latest security best practices, and stay ahead of emerging security threats, always keeping our organization one step ahead.

And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others. /p pThe candidate must have bdemonstrable experience /b in the following areas: /p ul liManagement and coordination of activities with bSecurity Operations Centers (SOC) /b . /li liDefinition, implementation, and enforcement of bcybersecurity policies /b . /li liSupport for bregulatory compliance /b and bsecurity governance /b processes. /li libCybersecurity risk assessment /b and definition of appropriate mitigation plans. /li liManagement and analysis of bcybersecurity incidents /b . /li libSecurity monitoring /b and analysis of security events. /li liAssessment and management of key bperimeter protection and security technologies /b . /li liPreparation and management of btechnical and compliance documentation /b related to cybersecurity. /li liSupport for bcontinuous improvement initiatives /b aimed at strengthening the customer's overall bsecurity posture /b . /li /ul h3Required Technical Skills /h3 ul libFirewalls and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) /b solutions. /li libIntrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) /b . /li libVPN technologies and strong authentication solutions /b . /li libSecurity monitoring and log analysis /b . /li libSecurity Governance and Security Management /b . /li libSecurity Incident Management and Incident Response /b . /li libBlue Team exercises and activities /b . /li libVulnerability remediation and management /b . /li liManagement of bsecurity environments and infrastructure /b . /li libCyberArk /b . /li liKnowledge of bnetwork architectures /b – nice to have. /li /ul h3Required Certifications /h3 pThe candidate should hold bone or more of the following certifications /b : /p ul libITIL 4 Managing Professional /b /li libCISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional /b /li libCISM – Certified Information Security Manager /b /li libCompTIA Security+ /b /li libCEH – Certified Ethical Hacke /b /li /ul pThe position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as bQuadro. /b /p pThe employment contract may be offered as a bpermanent employment contract /b (tempo indeterminato). /p pThe salary range for the position in Italy is € 60.060,00 to € 107.900,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting.
