Job Title: Senior Service Solution Expert – Telecom Services

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Solution Expert – Telecom Services to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and enhancing telecom value-added services for mobile and fixed network operators. You will act as the key technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and technology partners, ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and service acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop telecom service solutions for mobile and fixed network operators.
- Lead end-to-end service lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and acceptance.
- Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, and external technology partners to deliver high-quality telecom services.
- Define service architectures, call flows, and integration strategies for complex telecom environments.
- Support customer engagements by providing technical expertise, solution recommendations, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure successful integration of voice, messaging, charging, and digital service platforms within operator networks.
- Drive continuous service improvement and innovation aligned with customer and business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 5 years of experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience working with telecom operators, system integrators, consulting organizations, or network equipment vendors.
- Strong expertise in telecom service design, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on knowledge of telecom protocols including SIP, Diameter, SS7/SIGTRAN, SMPP, and HTTP/REST APIs.
- Experience with voice, messaging, charging ecosystems, and end-to-end service delivery models.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-functional and international environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Value-Added Services (VAS), messaging platforms, voice platforms, charging systems, or digital service solutions.
- Understanding of mobile core network architectures and cloud-native or microservices-based environments.
- Experience working across multi-vendor telecom ecosystems.
- Knowledge of modern telecom technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
