OverviewIn this role you support Bolton's plant-level financial performance as part of the PSO Controlling Team. You will manage closing activities and cost tracking for the Italian entity, turning data into actionable insights. You'll analyze production costs, variances, and KPI performance, partnering with the Industrial team to drive profitability. You'll prepare cost reports for launches and evaluate investments with payback analyses.
