With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping. /ppWe are looking for an experienced bSenior /b bCRM Specialist /b to join our Digital Business Team. /ph3About the role: /h3ulliContribute to the management and development of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs across OVS Group brands and international markets, in collaboration with the other CRM team members /liliPlan and execute multichannel CRM activities aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, frequency and customer value /liliDevelop personalized customer communications across CRM channels and in-store loyalty materials /liliDevelop customer segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer profiles, purchasing behaviour, engagement and lifecycle /liliAnalyse customer data, campaign performance and key CRM loyalty KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities and translating insights into actionable CRM initiatives /liliContribute to maintaining and improving customer database quality, completeness and enrichment /liliWork closely with Retail, Digital, Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, Legal and local market teams to ensure the effective implementation of CRM projects /liliDevelop and deliver CRM and loyalty training materials for store and local teams /li /ulh3What We're Looking For: /h3ulliSolid experience in CRM and loyalty programs, preferably within the Retail or Fashion industry . /liliExperience in multi-country projects and the ability to adapt CRM approaches to different markets and local needs. /liliProven experience with CRM platforms, preferably the Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud and/or Service Cloud) or equivalent solutions.
