This individual contributor role is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital platform initiatives — including bCompass AI /b, bWriter AI /b, bSite Scope /b, bWorkato /b, bUiPath /b, bPower Automate /b, and bCursor /b — while managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point for stakeholder communication, governance cadences, and executive-level status reporting. This role directly supports Vertiv’s bOperational Excellence /b and bCustomer Focus /bstrategic priorities by ensuring that Digital platform initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. /ppAs an individual contributor in a coordination-lead capacity, this role manages delivery across multi-regional programs spanning multiple regions. Drawing directly from Vertiv’s internal project management framework, this position supports planning and execution, change management activities, and phased rollout coordination for enterprise digital platforms. The Project Manager will track and report on project KPIs covering adoption, delivery velocity, quality, and user experience. /ppExperience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies. /ppFamiliarity with CI/CD delivery environments and software development lifecycles. /ppStrong skills in executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. /ppWorking knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Workato, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar. /ph3Preferred Qualifications /h3pPMP or PMI-ACP certification. /ppExperience managing global rollouts / coordination. /ppAgile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent). /ppFamiliarity with IT Security and compliance requirements for enterprise software deployments. /ph3Working Conditions /h3pPrimary Work Location: Italy, EMEA.br/The anticipated salary range for this role in the Milano locality is between to €67,898 to €84,872 gross per year, salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary.
