About the Role

We're looking for a Paid ADV & Performance Marketing Manager to turn creator content into high-performing paid campaigns. You'll plan, launch and optimize creator-led ads, linking influencer marketing to measurable business results.

What You'll Do

- Plan and run paid campaigns built on creator content: Meta Partnership Ads, TikTok Spark Ads, YouTube
- Manage whitelisting and content licensing with creators and talent agencies
- Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets and tracking
- Run structured creative tests (hooks, formats, creators) and scale the winners




- Monitor and optimize daily for CPM, CPC, CPA and ROAS
- Build clear reports and insights for clients and internal teams
- Advise Account Managers on which creators and content will perform in paid
- Use AI and automation to speed up analysis and reporting

You're a Great Fit If You…

- Have at least >3 years of experience in paid social, with hands-on work on creator/influencer ads
- Are fully hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Understand whitelisting, Spark Ads, Partnership Ads and content usage rights
- Think analytically, test rigorously and make decisions based on data
- Are fluent in Italian and English

Compensation

Gross annual salary (RAL): €32.000 – €40.000 + premio + benefits, depending on experience.
