We are X-ELIO, a Brookfield-owned company and a global leader in the renewable energy sector; with over 3 GW of renewable projects (solar/BESS) built, we currently operate in 12 countries and have a development pipeline of 12 GW of solar and 14 GW of BESS capacity, and we are looking for you! /b /p ul liReporting to: Engineering Construction Manager Italy /li liBased in: Rome, Italy /li liOpen opportunity: Senior Technical Project Manager Manager /li /ul pThe selected professional will be responsible for leading and overseeing all engineering activities related to utility-scale photovoltaic and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Italy, covering the full project lifecycle: development, design, construction, and commissioning. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liLead engineering for PV and BESS projects from early-stage to development, permitting, construction, and commissioning /li liAct as technical reference for grid connection, layout optimization, yield assessments, and technology selection /li liSupport permitting, due diligence, and MA processes /li liValidate designs from co-developers, consultants, and EPCs /li liReview RFIs and design changes; supporting commissioning and performance validation /li liEnsure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards and bankability requirements /li liDrive CAPEX optimization and support investment decisions with technical-economic analysis /li liCollaborate with finance, procurement, and commercial teams /li liLead BESS-specific engineering: sizing, integration, safety compliance,



and grid code requirements /li liManage technical interfaces with EPCs, grid operators, lenders, and authorities /li liLead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams /li liPrepare technical reports for management and investors /li /ul h3What do we need? /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience as Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Lead in utility-scale PV and/or BESS projects. /li liProven experience in project development, design review, CAPEX analysis, and construction-phase engineering management. /li liStrong knowledge of PV and BESS technologies, grid integration, and EPC project execution. /li liExperience working with co-developers, EPC contractors, and international project teams. /li liProficiency in English and Italian.
