ph3TITLE: Spare Parts Coordinator FLSA: Exempt /h3 h3REPORTS TO: Customer Care Manager /h3 h3Summary /h3 pAs part of the Spare Parts Group, this position is responsible for coordinating all Spare Parts activities. /p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liProvide spare part and retrofit quotations to customers, via the SAP system. /li liProcess and coordinate spare part, warranty, retrofit, domestic, and international part order types. /li liDefine basic spare part, warranty, and retrofit part order types. /li liCommunicate with customers via phone and email. /li liCommunicate with customers to clarify lead time urgency. /li liCollaborate with procurement and other cross functional teams to improve lead times when appropriate. /li liProvide proactive communication to sales and management when customer delivery expectations will not be met. /li liTrack spare parts orders with lead times and provide updates to the customer when delivery timing changes or delivery is scheduled/imminent. /li liProvide requisite information to freight team, including customs documents to allow international deliveries. /li /ul h3Behavioral Performance Expectations /h3 ul liLives our Values, Customer Focused, Collaborative – Responds to customer and sales team outreach in timely manner with professionalism, patience, and positivity. Knows when to act independently and when to elevate issues. /li /ul h3Job Specific Competencies /h3 ul liBalances multiple activities and requests simultaneously. /li liWorks without supervision to collect, organize, and analyze information for use in reporting and decision making. /li liUnderstands basic equipment function – able to identify equipment functional locations and state general equipment functions. /li liUnderstands parts definition process. /li liCan execute standardized order to cash process for parts and retrofits, through SAP. /li liDelivers impactful verbal and written communication. /li /ul h3Supervisory Responsibility /h3 pThis position has no supervisory responsibilities. /p h3Work Environment /h3 pThis job operates in a professional office environment in our Florence facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines which create low-moderate noise. /p h3Physical Demands /h3 pThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop, and kneel. /li liSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. /li liAbility to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. /li liLight to moderate lifting is required. /liliAbility to work in a constant state of alertness required. /li /ul h3Expected Hours of Work /h3 pThis is a salaried, exempt level, full-time position with standard working days/hours of Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. This position is not eligible for overtime pay. Actual working hours may vary. /p h3Travel /h3 pTravel is negligible, but is primarily local and during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is possible. Travel to Germany or other international locations, while not likely, is possible for training/conferences. /p h3Required Education and Experience /h3 ul liAssociates Degree preferred. /li liMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in parts environment, preferably in the machinery industry or similar. /li /ul h3Preferred Education and Experience /h3 ul liExtensive computer skills in MS Office and SAP /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written /li /ul pKrauss-Maffei Corporation is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
