pAs part of our Southern Europe bHuman Resources /bteam, bthe Compensation Benefits Analyst /b - Southern Europe will play an important role in supporting fair, competitive, and meaningful reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. /p pWorking in close partnership with regional HR teams, our iconic properties, and the Global Compensation Benefits team, this role will provide thoughtful analysis, accurate reporting, and clear insights to help attract, retain, and recognise the talent who bring Belmond's exceptional guest experiences to life. /p h3Primary Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liDeliver high-quality compensation analysis, including salary benchmarking, market positioning, internal equity reviews, and salary range analysis, to support competitive and consistent reward decisions across Southern Europe. /li liSupport the International Compensation Review process with meticulous data preparation, validation, reporting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with group reward principles and local business needs. /li liParticipate in salary survey submissions and interpret market data to provide clear, practical insights that support informed compensation recommendations. /li liSupport the implementationofjob mapping, and job architecture across Belmond properties in Southern Europe, helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and strong reward governance. /li liPrepare compensation insights and reports for HR Business Partners, regional leadership, andthe Global Compensation Benefits Team, translating complex data into clear and considered recommendations. /li liSupportpayequity, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and preparation for EU Pay Transparency requirements throughaccurateanalysis, robust reporting, and follow-up actions. /li liProvide analytical support for benefits activities, including benefits benchmarking, renewals, vendor data coordination, and benefits governance,



helping to ensure our benefits offeringremainsrelevant, competitive, and aligned with Belmond's standards. /li liMaintainaccuratecompensation, benefits, job, and employee data in HR systems, partnering with HRIS colleagues to enhance data quality, reporting reliability, and process efficiency. /li liSupport HRIS testing and system improvementswherechanges impact compensation, benefits, job mapping, reporting, or reward data processes. /li liContribute to statutory andLVMHgroup HR reporting related to compensation, benefits, pay equity, social indicators, and workforceremunerationdata. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 3 years' experience in Compensation Benefits, Reward, Compensation Analysis, or a closely related CB role, ideally within a luxury hospitality, multi-site, or international environment. /li liExperience supporting annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, salary survey submissions, and compensation reporting. /li liGood understanding of job grading, job mapping, job architecture, internal equity, and market competitiveness principles. /li liFamiliarity with benefits analysis, benefits benchmarking, vendor data coordination, or benefits governance would be an advantage. /li liKnowledge of European pay reporting requirements, including Gender Pay Gap and EU Pay Transparency, is a strong advantage. /li liAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability, with the ability to manage,validate,
