You will work closely with Operations, Finance and other business functions to secure solutions that deliver quality, reliability and competitive total cost. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate regional category strategies into local procurement plans, agreeing priorities and activities with internal stakeholders. /li liManage the end-to-end sourcing process, including requirements analysis, supplier identification and qualification, tendering, bid evaluation and commercial negotiations. /li liRecommend supplier selection and coordinate contract finalization with Legal, in accordance with delegated authority and approval requirements. /li liIdentify and deliver opportunities for cost savings, working capital optimization and improvements in equipment total cost of ownership. /li liPromote the use of global and regional agreements, consolidate demand and improve contract coverage. /li liManage supplier relationships, monitor performance and agree corrective actions to address quality, service or delivery issues. /li liCollaborate with Operations and technical teams to assess equipment specifications and identify solutions that meet operational needs. /li liTrack and report procurement KPIs, project progress and financial results, validating benefits with Finance.
/li liEnsure compliance with Procurement and Purchase-to-Pay policies and incorporate sustainability criteria into purchasing activities. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools, sharing best practices across the regional network. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /li libRelevant procurement experience /b, including independent management of sourcing projects, negotiations and contracts. /li liSound knowledge of procurement processes, supplier evaluation and supplier relationship management. /li liAbility to analyze spend, cost structures, payment terms and savings opportunities. /li liStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with an analytical and results-oriented approach. /li liAbility to build effective relationships, negotiate and influence stakeholders across functions in a matrix organization. /li liProficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems and e-sourcing or procurement tools. /li liProfessional proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English. /li /ul pExperience in logistics or 3PL, knowledge of warehouse and industrial equipment—including purchasing, leasing and maintenance arrangements—and a Procurement or Supply Chain certification would be an advantage. /p h3What We Offer: /h3 ul libContract: /b Permanent, full-time /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid /li libGross Annual Salary:
