Junior Software Developer (m/d/f)

based at our Headquarters in Ora (BZ), Italy.

The Role

As part of the IT team, you will support the development, testing and maintenance of software applications, working closely with more experienced developers.

The position offers the opportunity to strengthen your technical skills, contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions and progressively take on greater responsibility for development tasks and small features, in line with your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new software features with the support of senior developers.
- Maintain and improve existing applications.
- Participate in coding, debugging and testing activities.
- Identify and fix bugs and technical issues, supporting the resolution of software-related problems.
- Write clean, readable and maintainable code in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in code reviews and implement the feedback received.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and QA throughout the different stages of implementation.
- Take ownership of well-defined development tasks and small features, with the support of the team.
- Participate in key activities and meetings within the Agile methodology, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
- Support software release, deployment and testing activities.
- Learn and apply the development standards, tools and technologies adopted by the company.
- Continuously develop your technical and programming skills.
- Gradually increase your level of autonomy as your skills and experience grow.

Requirements & Skills





- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent educational background, completed or currently in progress.
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Basic knowledge of C# and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Basic debugging and software testing skills.
- Interest in and willingness to develop knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure), Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in software development.
- A proactive approach and a strong team-oriented mindset.

- Gross annual salary: €28,000 - €34,000, paid over 14 monthly instalments
